Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the reservation are fully refundable, minus a $40 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of the reservation are non-refundable for any reason; however, they do qualify for a reschedule (subject to availability) up until October 31st of this year.
- We now offer trip insurance that allows you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund, minus the cost of the insurance. The insurance is 9% of the reservation total and has to be purchased at the time of reservation.
- Weather Policy: Floats proceed rain or shine, with absolutely no refunds for early take-outs. If the river is closed due to high or too low water on your scheduled day, you may choose a free reschedule (subject to availability) until October 31st of this year or a full refund.
- Boat Retrieval Fee: A $175 fee will be charged for any boat requiring retrieval by our team.
